All prices are in Canadian dollars. 
 
Textiles are sold by the half metre (50cm/19.7").


Shipping

We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please give us 7 business days to get your order out. We often will get your order out in less than the quoted time, regardless. We want to get the pretties to you sooner than later :)

Canadian Shipping


Orders are  shipped via Canada Post for $12 within BC and $15 everywhere else within Canada. This is flat rate shipping that is always expedited and tracked. If you wish to have your order shipped via a courier, please contact us at sitkafabrics@gmail.com and we can give you a quote. 

US Shipping
Most packages are sent via UPS and start at $15. Some remote locations and APO addresses will be given quotes in case there is shipping upgrading. UPS will not ship to those addresses, unfortunately. We are doing our best to source another alternative source. We will email you in case there are any issues.  Custom duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping
Please contact Lisa at sitkafabrics@gmail.com to get a quote.

Lost/Missing Packages
Sitka Fabrics is not responsible for packages missing in transit, nor will we refund for lost packages. We will try our best to help you find the missing package.

Refunds

We do not give refunds on cut fabrics. Please keep in mind that monitors and screens may not accurately represent colours. If you are unsure of a colour, please contact us so we can help match or take more photos of the fabrics for you.

Payment methods
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Apple Pay and EMT. If you choose EMT, you need to send it immediately after placing your order to sitkafabrics@gmail.com. If the EMT is not sent within 24 hours, we will cancel your order and release the inventory back to stock.
