I'm a jersey fabric from the Family Fabrics line out of the Netherlands. This cotton/spandex blend is soft, oeko-tex certified and both designed and produced in Europe.
This fabric came to us slightly flawed from the factory. We consider this fabric still highly useable and the flaws to be extremely minimal, but have reduced the price because of it. There is a very small, faint blue mark roughly every 4-7 inches. A small dot not consistent with the print. Likely a roller mark made during printing.
